Q. Where Can I inform

Going out of Station and will not be using gas

My meter is not working.
Ans.
Send a letter or make a call on 1917 to my Consumer service department and clearly mentioning the date from which to which you will not be available in the premises.

Q.
Can you advice me I made my payment in the drop boxes but showing arrears in the bill?
Ans.
Yes, of course please check your Bank statement then If cleared send a copy to Sales Department.

Q.
What is to be filled in the counterfoils and Why?
Ans.
The Details of the payments of Cheque No., Bank Name, Bank Branch, Amount. By giving the complete information in proper would help you give better service.

Q.
What to do I missed my meter Reading cycle?
Ans.
Need not worry, if the Meter Reading is not taken as per the policy we assess the bills on your previous average consumption or Universal averages, so you pay the bills If any excess payment is made it will be adjusted in the next bill.

Q.
How I know that by bill is assessed?
Ans.
"A" is indicated followed by the Meter Reading and also top right hand corner as Assessed.

Q.
Can I know how to get a duplicate bill?
Ans.
The duplicate bill can be procured by calling Call center number 1917/ 26591177 we will send the bill through courier.

Q.
Can I know why I am not receiving my bills along with my Society Member?
Ans.
Yes of course, the reason may one of them
 
a) The consumption may be high.
b) Error in Meter Reading.
c) Low consumption.
d) Assessed Meter Reading.
They are sent for Re-Reading before issuing bills, as a consumer do allow for Meter Reading

Can I give Meter Reading on Telephone?
Ans.
Yes of course, your co-operation towards giving meter reading on 24 hrs telephone Help line would help us send right bill. For this you may call on 1917 / 26591177 or Meter Reading Helpline: 23870751/52 (during Office Hours except on Sundays and holidays).

Q.
Meter Reader left the 'Sorry to have Missed You Card in our absence what we are supposed to do?
Ans.
The Card contains a Telephone Nos. to call up and give Meter Reading or Call on our call center no.1917 our Meter Reading Helpline: 23870751/52 and lodge the Meter Reading but only within the stipulated period mentioned on the card.

Can I get acknowledgment for my payment of bills?
Ans.
Of course the acknowledgement for the payment at the counters of the Bank of India and Indian bank only.
