The Service Regulator:
It is housed in a blue fiber-glass
kiosk, which reduces the gas pressure from 4 BAR
to 100 mBAR and ensures the flow of gas at constant
pressure at all time. You are requested to be careful
with it. Do not tamper with it or cause damage to
it. Avoid piling debris, naked flames or smoking
in its vicinity.

The pipes are installed
at a safe and secure depth. It provides low-pressure gas
(100 mBAR) to individual buildings. Please make sure that
the pipes are not damaged, especially during digging for
construction work. If construction work is to be carried
out nearby, please contact our customer service cell,
who will depute the engineer to provide you expert advice,
free of charge.

This is an external
connection on the building to each apartment. Each
Riser Pipe (GI pipe) has an Riser Isolation Valve.
Please make sure that this should not be tampered
at any time.

Fitted in your
apartment, this valve is between the riser pipe
and your meter. In case you suspect a leakage, shut
off this valve immediately. Also, if you are going
to be away from home for a long period, please make
sure that this valve has been shut off.

Installed before
the meter, the meter regulator reduces the gas pressure
from 100 mBAR to 21 mBAR.

This valve switches on/off the
gas to burning appliance. Shut this valve when appliance
is not in use.
