In its pursuit of excellence in the quality of service provided to consumer; MGL has been continuously taking proactive measures to reach out to all its Customers through Customer Care Cell in fulfilling consumer needs.

Our state of the art call, our customer service executives are their to provide any kind of assistance, handle any type of complaints and answer to any queries of our customers 365 days a year, Mon - Sat from 8am to 10pm and on Sundays from 8am - 6 Pm.

Billing Information

Billing for your gas

MGL bills you every alternate month with One Assessed Bill & One Actual Bill i.e. Two bills in four months. The Meter Reading and Bill Distribution is done as per your group/cycles, which are mentioned in your bills. The various groups & cycles are mentioned in the table below:

Meter reading & bill receipt is made simple
The meter reading panel is divided into two color schemes - black and red. The black digits indicate the actual units consumed and the red indicates the decimal reading. The meter reader (carrying a valid ID card), would visit your premises for taking meter reading and will also take your signature. In case you house is found locked or you are proceeding on holiday etc.you can call our Consumer Care Cell on 1917 or on our Meter Reading Helpline: 23870751/52 and give meter reading during your Actual Meter Read Cycle.

Access Bill
The assessment of the bill in the assessment billing cycle is carried out on the average of last six months of individual consumer and/or universal average.

Duplicate Bill
A duplicate copy of the bill can also be obtained by calling our Consumer Service Cell on 1917 /26594500.

Easy guide to your bill payment

At MGL, it is our constant endeavor to provide you with customer friendly services. You can pay your bills not only at our bill payment centers, but also have the option of paying them either by ECS, or pay them online ( www.billdesk.com and www.billjunction.com ) , or through the telephone i.e. Phone Pay: 56920001 and Dial-n-Pay: 1901331901.

Bills can be paid at any of the following centres: ATM centers of ICICI, UTI, all branches of Bank of India, Indian Bank and Drop-in-Boxes of Deutsche Bank and HSBC (Through SkyPak).
